One of the core benefits that an angel network offers to its members is connections to other angel investors with varying backgrounds and complementary expertise. After a period of teams and zoom, we are grateful to have live events and in-person meetings up and running again – there’s still something irreplaceable in spontaneous face-to-face encounters.
To our members, the upcoming months offer exceptionally many opportunities for re-connection, a few highlights of which are:
2.11. Pitch Finland with OP
16:00-18:00, OP Vallila, Gebhardinaukio 1
17.11. Angel Day and Annual Fall Meeting
15:00-19:00, Grand Event Space, Maria01
9.12. FiBAN 10-year Gala
17:00- House of Nobility
The most unique of these events is obviously the 10-year gala which will gather 150+ business angels in the premises of House of Nobility on December 9th. The dinner gala will be all about celebration, top-notch program, and most of all – fun! Make sure to get your dinner card by November 23rd. Read more about the gala here.
Our annual seminar FiBAN Angel Day will this year focus on a topical theme: exits. Last year was a record year for business angel exits as a result of increasing angel investment activity over the past years. On Angel Day, we will learn more about exits from a variety of perspectives, with speakers such as Leena Niemistö (Case Verso Food, Business Angel Exit of the Year 2019), Reima Linnanvirta (Case Whiteboard), and many more! The day continues with FiBAN’s annual fall meeting where you, our dear member, are eligible to vote, so show up and use your voice. Register for Angel Day here.
Flexible member services in hybrid mode
In the future, we will organize as many events in a hybrid mode as possible to enable flexible participation for our members. So whether you prefer to access our training and events in pajamas, in tracksuits, or something else, we’ve got you covered.

See you soon!
