​Polka Dot is focusing on the highly lucrative and underserved segment in mobile games – women. Despite the fact that women make over half of the mobile games audience most studios are still male dominated and concentrate on creating gaming experiences for male players. Polka Dot’s vision is to become the category leader in fashion and lifestyle games for women, and the go-to-brand for fashion conscious mobile gamers.

Polka Dot’s first game is a blend of social media and dress-up. In the game players style their avatar, share their stylings and collect likes and followers. The game unites user generated content with real life fashion and popular influencers. The game is currently in beta, and being tested in selected countries. It is scheduled for global launch during Q4 2018.
Other investors in the round include Tekes and several FiBAN and EstBAN investors: Nutshell Invest OU, Siena Holding OU, Mavaconsult, Partner Up Finland, Nicolas Brabeck-Letmathe, Kari Vatanen and investors from the previous round.
