The goal is to strengthen the ties between the buzzing startup city and business angels from all over Finland and neighboring countries. Business Jyväskylä is the business services unit of the City of Jyväskylä. Their mission is to reinforce the networks of Jyväskylä’s trade and commerce sector and to help companies to grow.
Business Jyväskylä’s mission also includes encouraging domestic and international businesses to establish themselves in Jyväskylä and developing a concept for doing so, as well as creating an attractive ecosystem, especially on the designated urban development platforms. The city of Jyväskylä also has unique and deep expertise in exercise, sports, and wellbeing which will deepen our understanding of this interesting sector.
”Jyväskylä has very interesting start-up and growing companies as well as partnerships to offer for FiBAN network. Of course, mutual benefit related to ecosystem development and business growth in Finland is our common interest”, says Anne Sandelin, Director of Business Development and Employment Unit of the City of Jyväskylä.
“We are happy to welcome FiBAN into the ecosystem to boost impact investment on global health and wellbeing with us”, says Nina Rautiainen, Project Manager, Hhub – Flagship of Smart Wellbeing & Performance, operated by Business Jyväskylä.
“We at FiBAN are very excited to begin working with Business Jyväskylä systematically.
