Research & Lobbying

Private startup investments lead to several positive outcomes, for example creation of new jobs and commercialization of innovations. The major challenge is the high risk of angel investments: on average, 50% fail and only 1 out of 10 is highly successful. The average angel investment period is over 8 years. FiBAN's activity focuses on inspiring and developing the Finnish startup investment ecosystem.
