FiBAN’s strategy was renewed in early 2020 and we begin the new year continuing with our strategic projects, guiding us towards our vision. For business angels, we want to be the most attractive angel network. For our startups, the most wanted partner for the best startups. For our partners we strive to be a trusted, mutually beneficial and professional partner. And in general we want to be an acknowledged and engaged expert on angel investing.

As in custom in the years end, many have a tradition of making resolutions in which one promises to continue good practices, perhaps change unwanted habits and accomplish goals. Ultimately, whatever can be seen as improving one’s life at the start of the new year.

So for the first time ever, here are FiBAN office’s New Years resolutions for 2021:

For members – We will continue to be there for you, organizing valuable and high-quality services and answering member questions to the best of our ability.

For partners – We will crystalize our offering even further – making it simpler for you to utilise our services.

For startups – We will improve the transparency of our process and improve cooperation, pilot and exit opportunities.

For the ecosystem – We will provide top-notch research and statistics on angel investing in Finland.

Wishing you all a healthy and prosperous year!

Ps. Today we have opened our Annual Survey of Finnish Business Angel investments. Help us in collecting the most comprehensive angel investing data in Europe by answering it at the latest by 31.1. The survey link has been sent to our members via email. Please answer the survey even if you have not made any investments in 2020 – this is also valuable data.

Pss. What’s the best New Year’s resolution? – 1080p.
